Information you give us

When you submit a form on this site we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number and your message, plus — depending on which form you use — the service you are interested in, your property address, how urgent the job is, and how you heard about us.

Your name, email, phone and a message are required so we can respond with an accurate estimate. If you would rather not submit a form, you can simply call or text us at 346-523-7094.

Information collected automatically

When you submit a form we also record your IP address, the page you first arrived on, the referring website, and any advertising click identifiers or campaign tags from the link that originally brought you to this site (for example Google’s gclid, or utm_ parameters). That original link may have been on an earlier visit — see “Stored on your device” below.

We use this only to understand which marketing actually produces enquiries, and to measure the results of our advertising. It is stored with your enquiry so we can tell a paid click apart from someone who found us organically.

Every submission is also checked automatically for signs of automated spam (for example, how quickly the form was completed). The result of that check is stored alongside your enquiry so a real message caught by mistake can still be found and answered — we do not discard submissions that fail it.

Stored on your device

If you arrive from an ad or a tagged link, we save that campaign information — the click identifier, any utm_ tags, the page you landed on, the referring site and the time it was captured — in your browser’s local storage for up to 90 days. We keep the first one and do not overwrite it.

This is so that if you come back later and submit a form, we can still tell which ad or link originally brought you to us. It means an enquiry you send today may carry campaign details from a visit weeks earlier. That record stays on your device and is not sent to our server until you submit a form. (Separately, the analytics described below do run on every page you view.)

You can remove it at any time by clearing your browser’s site data for this site. We also discard it once it is more than 90 days old.

Cookies and advertising

This site uses Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads. These services set cookies and similar identifiers to measure site usage, to record when a visit results in an enquiry, and to allow us to show ads to people who have previously visited (remarketing). Google may use this data in line with its own policy for partner sites.

You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser opt-out add-on, and you can control personalised advertising in your Google Ad Settings. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies.

This site also loads Google Maps and the Google Places API to display our public Google reviews, and may use Google reCAPTCHA to screen form submissions for spam — which shares your IP address and interaction data with Google under its own privacy policy.

Calls and text messages

By submitting a form you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message or email about your request. Message and data rates may apply. We use these details to respond to your enquiry — not to send marketing blasts — and you can ask us to stop at any time by replying STOP or contacting us below.

How we store and share it

Enquiries are emailed to our team through Resend, our email delivery provider — or, if that fails, through our web host’s own mail system. A copy is also written to a private log on our web host so an enquiry is never lost if email delivery fails. That log is not publicly accessible.

We do not keep enquiry records longer than 24 months. We share your information with the service providers named in this policy, with the customer-management and messaging tools we use to reply to you, and where we are required to by law. We do not sell it.

No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email sales@hamodatrees.com and we will action it. Texas residents may have additional rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act.

Children

This site is intended for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
